Best Cancellation Policy for Direct Customers
- Up to 4 days before the scheduled arrival date, no charge is made.
- Between 3 and 1 day before scheduled arrival date, first night charge.
- In case of no-show on arrival or cancellation on the day of arrival, full amount of the stay will be charged.
