wonderful staff added to an enjoyable group experience
I am the group leader of a 38 people who stayed here for 5 nights. While the standard rooms are small, the location couldn't be better.....at the ocean promenade, separated only by a street, and adjacent to the town's main street. We were treated wonderfully well by all the staff....dining room, front desk, housekeeping, and the porters and maintenance people. Without exception they wanted to be helpful and do their best to ensure we felt at home and enjoyed our stay. The grandmother of this family run business lives within the hotel and was herself having her evening meal at a table adjacent to ours. I didn't speak Italian and she didn't speak English, but it was very special for me to meet her and give her a hug, and through an interpreter thank her personally for the enjoyment of being at her family's hotel. May I have the inner and outer beauty that radiates from her when I am age 90. Thank you to all!Mostra meno
