The jewel of our cuisine is fish: every day you will find new and original interpretations of traditional dishes that render homage to oily fish that are typically found in our seas, like cod and anchovies.
Obviously, we are very careful to meet the needs of each individual guest. Upon request, we can prepare special menus for vegetarians and vegans, and we use specific products in the case of allergies or intolerances.
We also take great care with our breakfasts. To make waking up pleasant, our Mediterranean garden features a large sweet and savoury buffet filled with all the specialties of the area made in-house, with the option of making fresh-squeezed juices and smoothies with lemons and oranges straight out of our own garden.
