Booking by deposit
In order to make a booking you will be asked for a deposit as confirmation. This can be sent by postal order to:

The deposit will be deducted from the final bill.
In case a cancellation fee should be applied the amount will be deducted from your deposit. If all or part of the deposit has to be given back, transfer charges may also apply.

Booking by credit card
To confirm your booking you must provide us with your credit card details:
- the credit card company
- the card number
- the expiry date
- the name of the card-holder

No charge will be made to your credit card unless a cancellation fee is applied.
Your credit card details will be securely stored and destroyed once you check out.

Cancellation Fees
- No charge is applied for cancellations made up to 60 days prior to your arrival date
- 1 night stay will be charged for cancellations made from 15 to 59 days before your arrival date
- 2 nights stay will be charged for cancellations made from 14 to 1 day before your arrival date
- The entire cost of your stay will be charged in case of a no show or if you stay for a shorter period than that booked
